Sam Bass Day will be held Saturday, February 27, from 10A.M.-4P.M. at Allen Heritage Depot Museum, 100 E. Main Street, Allen. Admission is free.
Allen High School drama students will re-enact the train robbery on the half hour from 10-2. There will be activities for families all day inside and out. These include puzzles, leather tooling, buried treasure and washer tossing. Coloring contest winners will be presented at 1:30 by “Ebenezer Allen”. Author Randy Farmer will present stories and photos of outlaws and gunslingers in Collin County at 2 P.M.
